Root Canal Treatment

Root canal treatment (also known as endodontic therapy, endodontic treatment, or root canal therapy) is a treatment sequence for the infected pulp of a tooth which is intended to result in the elimination of infection and the protection of the decontaminated tooth from future microbial invasion. It consists of the removal of the vascular nervous tissue (the nerve) from root canals, which will then be cleaned, widened, disinfected and finally obturated. Canal obturation represents the final stage of the endodontic treatment, which means sealing the roots with special materials that prevent post infections.

Endodontics is the specialty that deals with the treatment of the root canal.

At our center, these operations are performed with state-of-the art equipment’s and materials.

A modern root canal treatment is nothing like those old sayings! It’s very similar to a routine filling and can usually be completed in one or two appointments, depending on the condition of your tooth and your personal circumstances. Getting a root canal is relatively painless and extremely effective. You’ll be back to smiling, biting and chewing with ease in no time.

What we aim at Dental Experts Center, is to make the patient feel comfortable throughout the treatment, to avoid subsequent symptoms and to obtain the best tooth healing, which will expand its life span as much as possible.

We strongly encourage you to contact Dental Experts Center immediately if you are experiencing any signs of pain or infected tooth nerve. There are a few symptoms that mean you might need a root canal:
